“互联网+”时代高校人才培养模式创新研究

Innovative Research on Talents Cultivation Mode in Colleges and Universities in the "Internet +" Era

以传统的高校人才培养模式在注重知识传授的同时忽视了学生创新能力的培养,且存在教学资源共享不足和教学模式单一等问题。伴随着"互联网+"时代的到来,传统的人才培养模式已经不能满足创新型人才培养的要求,亟需将互联网元素嵌入人才培养过程,与传统教学资源有机融合,发挥其优势创新功能。因此需要对传统人才培养模式从课程体系、教师队伍、教学方法等方面进行创新,以实现高校创新人才的培养功能。

The traditional model of talents training, with the lack of teaching resources sharing and the monotony of teaching models, always neglects students＇ innovative ability cultivation while only paying attention to the imparting of knowledge. In the new ＂ Internet ＋＂ era, it is urgent to combine internet thinking with traditional teaching resources to meet the need of innovative talents cultivation. We suggest a reform of traditional talents cultivation from the aspects of curriculum system, teachers team construction and teaching methods.
