Research on the Practical Teaching Reform of Asset Appraisal Course——Based on the Background of Supply-Side Reform

《资产评估学》是高校财经管理类学生的专业基础课程,为了实现高校人才培养目标,适应资产评估行业的快速发展,对其进行教学改革已迫在眉睫。基于供给侧改革背景,以就业为根本出发点,围绕目前资产评估行业的发展现状,结合《资产评估学》的教学要求,提出应建立资产评估实践与理论同步化的教学模式。

The course of Asset Appraisal is the base for college financial management students. It is urgent to reform the traditional arrangement of the course to meet the rapid change of the asset appraisal industry. We firstly deeply study the industrial developing situation and teaching requirements of the Asset Appraisal course.Aiming to ensure a high employment rate, we propose to construct a new teaching model combing theory teaching and practice teaching under the back ground of supply-side reform.
