摘要
教育经济与管理学科归属学院自设立起一直是学者争论不休的话题。供需视角下毕业生就业难凸显该学科在质疑中求发展,其因在于应试导致量多质劣、个人教育需求膨胀、社会岗位对人才需求饱和,昭示着当下必须加强该学科建设。
There exists different views on the school belonging of Educational Economy and Management for a long time. We find that, several development bottlenecks have caused the job hunting difficulties for undergraduates from the perspective of supply and demand. The reasons include the low teaching quality, the exploding demand of individual and the saturated market demand. We try to propose an idea on discipline construction here.
