摘要
对于劳动力流动的理论研究,经历了从宏观到微观再到中观的历程,成果丰富。随着我国制度约束的放松、公共服务水平的提高以及互联网技术的突飞猛进,劳动力流动出现了新的变化,最新的研究与现实紧密结合,融合了多层面因素,从而使研究结论更加多样化。
The researches on labor mobility have produced lots of results with the change of the research scope. At present, we are facing a new situation of labor mobility, which is brought about by the measures of deregulation, the improvement of public service level and internet development. Therefore, latest researches focus on the new reality and have produced diversified results combing multilevel factors.
