生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床观察

Biofeedback Therapy for Outlet Obstruction Constipation:Clinical Observation

为观察生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效,选取2014年11月至2017年4月于河南省漯河市召陵区人民医院就诊,且符合纳入标准的出口梗阻型便秘患者52例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各26例。治疗组给予生物反馈治疗,对照组给予麻仁软胶囊口服。观察2组患者治疗前后便秘症状积分及肛管直肠压力变化,评估2组患者治疗后的临床总疗效。结果显示,治疗组患者临床症状明显好转,症状积分量表中排便间隔时间、排便时间、大便性状排便困难程度及总积分均优于对照组(P<O.05);治疗组治疗前后肛管直肠压力变化显著;治疗组总有效率为92.31%(24/26),对照组总有效率为73.08%(19/26),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,生物反馈疗法能够有效改善患者的便秘症状和肛管直肠压力,提高患者的生活质量。

t This study was to observe the clinical effect of biofeedback therapy for outlet obstruction constipation（OOC）, enrolled 52 cases of OOC who were treated in author＇s hospital from Nov. 2014 to April 2017 yr. and met the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided them into treatment group and control one,26 cases for each,which the former received above biofeedback therapy,the latter was given with oral soft capsule of Maziren,then observed both groups＂ score on constipation symptoms before and after treatment,as well as the changes of ano-rectal pressure,and evaluated total clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment.As results, after treatment the patients of the former got significantly improvement in clini- cal symptoms, compared with the latter their score on the interval time of defecation, the bowel movement ＂s time, faecel characters and the difficult degree in defecation, as well as total score rating had significant difference（ P 〈0.05）;the change of ano-rectal pressure before and after treatment in the former was significant, its total effective rate was 92.31 % （24/26）, higher than that of the latter [73.08 （19/26） ] （ P 0.05） ,there was statistical difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that biofeedback therapy can effectively improve patients＇ constipation symptoms and ano-rectal pressure, thus enhance their quality of life.
