摘要
心血管疾病具有高发病率,高死亡率的特点,其发病的主要病理基础之一是基因表达的失调。非编码RNA(ncRNA)是一类不编码蛋白的转录本,越来越多的研究表明它发挥着重要作用,包括转录、RNA成熟、翻译、蛋白质降解等方面,并参与肿瘤,心血管疾病等疾病的病理进程。本文将着重概述微小RNA和长链非编码RNA的生物学功能及其在心血管疾病的研究进展。
Cardiovascular diseases possess high its main pathological basis. Non-coding RNA morbidity and high mortality, dysregulated gene expression is one of (ncRNA) is a kind of transcripts that don't code protein. More and more researches suggested that ncRNA play an important role in bio-process including transcription, RNA matura- tion, translation, protein degradation and some other important biological process, and it's involved in pathological progress of tumor and cardiovascular diseases etc. The present article focused on summarizing biological function of microRNA and long-chain non-coding RNA and research progress of them in cardiovascular diseases.
