摘要
降钙素基因相关肽是分子生物学领域中被发现的第一个活性多肽,也是感觉神经纤维所释放的主要神经递质之一,多分布于中枢以及外周组织当中。本研究对近年来国内外有关降钙素基因相关肽介导的药物药理学效应相关研究进行了总结分析,以此来为临床治疗工作的开展提供有效的理论性支持。
Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) is the first active peptide found in molecular biology field and one of major neurotransmitters released by sensory nerve fiber, which mainly exist in central and peripheral tissues. The present study summarized and analyzed related domestic and foreign researches about pharmacological effects of drugs mediated by CGRP in recent years in order to provide effective theoretical support for clinical therapeutic work.
