摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院研发的催化裂化柴油加氢裂化生产高辛烷值汽油的RLG技术,新建了一套1.0 Mt/a催化裂化柴油加氢转化装置。工业运转结果表明,在氢分压6.6 MPa,反应温度360~380℃条件下,催化裂化柴油经加氢裂化后,汽油收率平均值可达46%,研究法辛烷值可达到92以上,硫质量分数小于3μg/g,可稳定生产超低硫高辛烷值汽油调合组分,产品柴油馏分十六烷指数提高约13单位以上;干气和液化石油气产率低于设计值,表现出优异的选择性和较高的氢气利用效率。RLG技术的成功应用,在实现国Ⅴ标准清洁油品升级的同时,柴汽比由1.0降低至0.7,实现了全面消减普柴,取得了良好的经济效益。 SINOPEC Anqing Company has built a new 1. 0 MM TPY FCC diesel hydro-conversion unit by the application of RLG process for FCC diesel hydrocracking to produce high octane gasoline which is developed by RIPP. The commercial operation has demonstrated that,under the conditions of 6. 6 MPa hydrogen partial pressure,360 ~ 380 ℃ reactor temperature and after hydrocracking of FCC diesel,the average gasoline yield is 46%,the RON is over 92 units and the sulfur is lower than 3 ppm. The ultra-low-sulfur high-octane gasoline blending component can be produced. The average cetane number of the product diesel is higher than13 units. The yields of dry gas and LPG are lower than the design specifications which show the excellent selectivity and higher utilization of hydrogen. The application of RLG technology is successful. The clean oil of Guo Ⅴ standard is produced,the diesel to gasoline ratio is lowered from 1. 0 to 0. 7 and good economic benefit has been achieved. The hydrefining catalyst and hydrocracking catalyst possessed high HDS,HDN and hydroupgrading activity. The quality of the obtained oil product can meet the requirements of the national standard of Guo Ⅴ,and at the same time,the diesel/gasoline ratio is reduced from 1. 0 to 0. 4 and good economic benefit has been obtained
