摘要
研发了一种新的润滑油基础油降浊点催化剂并进行工业应用。结果表明,采用碱处理后的ZSM-5分子筛作为部分硅铝源合成的微孔-介孔复合分子筛,具有良好的降低润滑油基础油浊点的性能,工业应用效果良好。所研制的降浊点催化剂对HVIP8基础油和150BS光亮油都有明显的降浊点功能,以浊点高达18℃的HVIP8润滑油基础油为原料,在200℃的反应温度下可以将浊点降低到-10℃以下。
A de-cloud point catalyst for lube base oil has been successfully developed and applied in commercial units. The results show that using zeolite treated ZSM-5 as part of silicon-aluminum source of micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieve had good performances in lowering the cloud point of lube base oil.It is good in commercial application. The catalysts developed for cloud point reduction has good performances in cloud point reduction of HVIP8 lube base oil and 150 BS bright oil. When HVIP8 base oil( cloud point is18 ℃) is used as feedstock,the cloud point can be lowered to below-10 ℃ at 200 ℃ reaction temperature.
