摘要
基于Petro-SIM流程模拟技术建立炼油厂全流程模型,选取安哥拉新油种—Saturno原油,利用Petro-SIM软件强大的原油拟合功能和单装置反应机理模型,将该油种加工性价比分别与炼厂常规采购的罕戈原油和阿曼原油进行对比测算。测算结果显示Saturno原油替代罕戈油略有效益,替代阿曼油亏损严重。在测算过程中发现,Petro-SIM软件能够根据不同物料的性质,得到不同的产品分布和性质变化,且变化趋势与经验判断一致。与其他软件比较,在原油性质差别较大时,Petro-SIM软件的测算结果更准确。
Based on the Petro-SIM process simulation technology,the whole process model of the refinery was established. Moreover,with the selection of new crude oil—Saturno crude,the cost performance of such crude was calculated and compared with that of conventional Hango crude and Oman crude separately by utilizing the powerful crude oil fitting function and the individual unit reaction mechanism model of Petro-SIM software. The calculation results show that it is slightly profitable to substitute Saturno crude for Hango crude,but there will be a substantial loss to replace Saturno crude for Oman crude. It is found in the process of calculation that Petro-SIM software can get different product distributions and property variations based upon different feedstock properties,and the change trend is consistent with the experience judgment. Compared with other softwares,the calculation results of Petro-SIM software are more precise and accurate when the properties of crude oil are greatly different.
