单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果观察

Effects of adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide on children with bronchiolitis

目的探讨单磷酸阿糖腺苷与布地奈德联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年9月毛细支气管炎患儿140例,回顾性分析其临床资料,将所有患儿随机分为两组,每70例。对照组患儿予以布地奈德治疗,观察组患儿采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷与布地奈德联合治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后的炎症因子水平及症状消失时间。结果治疗后观察组患儿TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8炎性因子水平均低于对照组,各项临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎患儿,能够有效改善其炎性因子水平,缩短临床症状消失时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide on children with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 140 children with bronchiolitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide,while the patients in the observation group were treated with adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide. The levels of inflammatory factors and the time of symptom disappearance before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of the clinical symptom disappearance was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In the treatment of children with bronchiolitis,adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappear,which has high application value.
