摘要
基于数据调研调查的基础上,深入研究广东科研项目评审专家管理的现状及存在问题,有针对性地提出广东专家管理体系优化的构想及重点环节设计,以及有关对策建议。
Basing on data survey,and study the present and existing problems of the expert management of Guangdong scientific research projects,this paper puts forward the design of the optimization of expert management system,and countermeasures and Suggestions.
