miR21、CK19及TSGF在宫颈癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨微小RNA21(miR21)、细胞角蛋白19(CK19)及恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在宫颈癌患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义.[方法]选择2013年3月至2016年3月本院诊治的70例宫颈癌患者为观察组,另外选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组.检测两组血清中的miR21、CK19、TSGF表达水平,并分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系.[结果]观察组患者血清中的miR21、CK19及TSGF表达水平显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);CK19、TSGF表达水平与宫颈癌患者的肿瘤分化程度、FICO分期及是否淋巴结转移显著相关,而miR21仅与是否淋巴结转移显著相关(P〈0.05).[结论]宫颈癌患者血清中miR21、CK19及TSGF表达水平明显增高,其与患者肿瘤分化程度、FICO分期及是否淋巴结转移相关,可作为宫颈癌的辅助诊断指标. [Objective]To detect the expression levels of micro-RNA21 (miR21), cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and malig- nant tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in patients with cervical cancer and explore the relationship with the prognosis of the patients [Methods]A total of 70 cases of cervical cancer from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were se- lected as the observation group, and 40 healthy women volunteers were chosen as the healthy control group. The levels of serum miR21, CK19, and TSGF in both groups were detected and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer were analyzed.[Results]The levels of miR21, CK19 and TSGF in the serum of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P〈0.05). The expression levels of CK19 and TSGF were sig- nificantly correlated with tumor differentiation, FICO stage and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer patients, and miR21 was only significantly associated with lymph node metastasis ( P 〈0.05).[Conclusion]The expression levels of miR21, CK19 and TSGF in the serum of patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased, which are related to cancer differentiation, FICO stage and lymph node metastasis. It has important clinical value for cervical cancer.
