焦点解决模式对梅尼埃病患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Solution Focused Approach （SFA） on Negative Emotions and Living Quality of Patients with Meniere＇s Disease （MD）

[目的]探讨焦点解决模式对梅尼埃病（MD）患者焦虑、抑郁状态及生活质量的影响.[方法]将2015年1月至2016年12月本院收治的96例MD患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施焦点解决模式护理.干预1周后,两组均采用焦虑评分量表（SAS）、抑郁评分量表（SDS）评估患者焦虑、抑郁状态,采用前庭症状指数评分量表（VSI）评估患者症状发作情况;随访3个月,采用简明健康调查量表（SF-36）评估患者生活质量.[结果]两组均脱落3例.干预1周后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;症状发作VSI评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;随访3个月,观察组生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.[结论]焦点解决模式有助于缓解MD患者的焦虑抑郁状态,减轻症状发作,改善生活质量.

[Objective]To investigate the effect of solution focused approach （SFA） on anxiety, depression and living quality of patients with Meniere＇s disease （MD）. [Methods]A total of 96 cases of MD patients admitted to hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group, There were 48 eases in each group, Patients in the control group were performed routine nursing, and based on this, patients in the observation group were performed SFA. After one week of intervention, the anxiety and depression state of the patients was assessed by the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）, and the symptom onset status of the patients was evaluated with the vestibular symptoms index rating scale （VSI）. After 3 months of follow-up visit, the living quality of the patients was as- sessed by the Chinese edition of short form 36 health survey scale （SF-36）. [Results] Three cases were dropped off in both groups. After one week of intervention, The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.01） ; the VSI scores of symptom onset were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.01）; After 3 months of follow-up visit, the scores of various dimensions of living quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]SFA can help to ease the anxiety and depression state of MD patients, relieve symptom onset and improve the living quality.
