负载对方波激磁位移传感器的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 电磁差动变压器式位移传感器随着多电/全电飞机的发展得到了广泛应用。对采用方波激磁方式的电磁差动变压器式位移传感器的输出信号特性进行研究,描述传感器测量的基本原理,建立传感器输出信号的负载运行模型,进行了负载对方波激磁位移传感器输出信号影响的机理分析,比较了方波激磁与正弦波激磁输出信号受二阶系统特征参数影响的异同点,提出通过匹配电阻或匹配电容的方法来补偿系统阻尼以消除负载对方波激磁位移传感器输出信号的影响。最后,通过试验证明,该方法是行之有效的。 The electromagnetic more differential transformer displacement sensor square with wave the development of many electric/electrical plane get and more widely used,this paper adopts the way are of excitation electromagnetic differential transformer and displacement operation sensor's output signal characteristics studied;The The basic principle of sensor measurement the load the model of sensor output signal are described.mechanism analysis of the influence of the output signal of wave excitation displacement the sensor is carried out,and the similarities and differences of the influence of the characteristic excitation parameters of second order system are compared between the square wave excitation and the sine other wave wave by output system signal.Through matching resistance or capacitance method is proposed to compensate each excitation damping in order to eliminate load displacement sensor output signal and the effect of finally shown the experimental method is effective.
