高压电力附件应力锥尺寸制作研究方法——以500 kV电缆为例

摘要 电缆终端头的应力锥,应称之为终端电场均化锥,作用是均化终端处的电场集中,防止产生局部放电。以500 k V电缆附件应力锥为研究对象,分别从电应力控制常用方法、应力锥材料的选择以及应力锥设计方法选择三方面的内容进行了探讨,并提出在电应力控制方面采用预制式应力锥方式,主绝缘件则采用SIR材料,并运用有限元法优化应力锥结构。结果显示,超高压电缆附件应力锥的科学合理选择,有助于电力系统的安全运行。 The stress cone of cable terminal head is more precise. It should be called the taper cone of terminal electric field. Its function is to homogenization of the electric field at the terminal to prevent partial discharge. In this paper,the stress cone of 500 k V cable accessories is taken as the research object. The three aspects,such as the common method of electric stress control,the selection of stress cone material and the selection of stress cone design method,are discussed respectively. The prefabricated stress cone is adopted in the electric stress control,the main insulating par t adopts the SIR material,and the use of the finite element is limited. The stress cone structure is optimized by element method,and the scientific and reasonable selection of the stress cone of EHV cable accessories is conducive to the safe operation of power system.
