浅谈宽带载波技术在供电所采集及线损管理工作中的应用

为加强营销计量、抄表及收费标准化建设和公司信息化建设,进一步提升供电企业集约化、精益化和标准化管理水平,实现系统范围内电力用户的"全覆盖、全采集及全费控"的系统建设目标。提出了基于宽带载波的无损台区识别方案,建立以台区为单位的电表档案库、支撑线损计算、负荷监测及上网电量/费统计等用户末梢的相关精确计算和生化管理,并对试点应用情况进行分析总结。

In order to strengthen the intensive,lean and standardized management of power supply enterprises,and the construction of marketing measurement,meter reading,charge standardization construction and company information construction,the system building target of ＂full coverage,full collection and full charge control＂of power users in the system scope is realized. The identification method of Lossless platform area is established,and the electric meter archives based on the unit area is set up to support the accurate calculation and biochemical management of the use,such as the calculation of the line loss,the load monitoring,the electricity consumption and the statistics of the Internet,and the application of the pilot is analyzed and summarized at last.
