内镜YAG激光治疗50例晚期食管癌49例报告

Endoscopic YAG Laser Treatment in 50 Cases of Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

自1986年11月至1988年8月,对50例晚期食管鳞状细胞癌病人进行内镜YAG激光治疗。肿瘤位于下段14例,中段30例和上段6例。病变平均长度为4.8cm。间隔治疗时间为2周。完成治疗平均6～7次。总治疗量平均为27650J.50例病人中,完全缓解2例(4％),显著改善28例(56％),改善18例(36％),无变化2例(4％)。结果提示內镜YAG激光治疗作为一种新的治疗方法对晚期食管癌具有良好的姑息治疗作用,可以改善营养状况,提高生活质量。

Fifty consecutive patients of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were treated using endoscopic YAG laser from November 1986 to August 1988. Tumor location was in the distal esophageal in 14, middle in 30 and upper in 6. Mean tumor length was 4.8cm. The interval between two adjacent sessions was 2 weeks. Treatment was completed in a mean of 6.75 sessions. In 50 cases treated with YAG laser, 2 (4%) achieved complete remission, 28 (56%) partial remission, 18 (36%) minor response and no change in 2 cases (4%). The results suggest that endoscopic YAG laser treatment is an effective palliative treatment for advanced esophageal carcinoma.
