玻璃体黄斑牵引综合征的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着眼底病检查技术的进步,对玻璃体黄斑牵引综合征的病理改变、治疗方法、预后及影响因素有了更深入的认识,尤其是治疗方面,除了常规的玻璃体切除术,奥克纤溶酶玻璃体腔注射、玻璃体注气术逐渐被引入临床;与治疗进展相伴随的是对黄斑前膜的有无及分级、年龄、性别、牵拉区域及黄斑裂孔的直径大小等玻璃体视网膜牵引影响因素的进一步细化和明确,以及这些因素与预后评价的直接关系。 In recent years, with the advancement in the examination of fundus diseases, a more indepth understanding of the pathological changes, treatment methods, prognosis and influencing factors of vitreomacular traction syndrome has been made. In particular, in addition to conventional vitreetomy, Ocriplasmin intravitreal injection and pneumatic vitreolysis have gradually been introduced into the clinic; in accordance with the progress in treatment, factors that may affects the prognosis of vitreomacular traction syndrome, such as the existence and grading of premacular membrane, age, gender, the range of the vitreomacular traction and the diameter of the macular hole, was determined and clarified.
