穴位埋线联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛30例

Thirty Cases of Migraine Treated with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Combination with Flunarizine

目的:观察穴位埋线联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予口服氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合穴位埋线疗法。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及偏头痛症状综合评分,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后偏头痛症状综合评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为73.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛临床疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding in combination with flunarizine on migraine. Methods： Sixty patients with migraine were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with flunarizine,and the ones in the observation group were additionally treated with catgut embedding at acupoints on the basis of the control group. The visual analogue scale（ VAS） scores and migraine symptom scores of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： The VAS of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The comprehensive scores of migraine symptoms in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,while that of the control group was 73. 3%. The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint catgut embedding in combination with flunarizine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on migraine,can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
