利拉鲁肽与减肥穴贴治疗2型糖尿病效果观察

Observation of Liraru Peptide in Combination with Acupoint Paste for Weight Loss on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:比较在二甲双胍基础上加用利拉鲁肽和二甲双胍基础上加用减肥穴贴治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的疗效。方法:将2013年8月至2015年6月收治的34例T2DM患者随机分为减肥穴贴组16例和利拉鲁肽组18例,减肥穴贴组在给予二甲双胍治疗的基础上联合减肥穴贴治疗,利拉鲁肽组在给予二甲双胍治疗的基础上联合利拉鲁肽治疗,两组均治疗16周。观察两组2型糖尿病患者治疗前后体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腹围、空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood sugar,2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)、血脂(blood fat,BF)、血尿酸(blood uric acid,BUA)水平、尿微量白蛋白(microalbuminuria,MALB)、神经肌电图等变化情况。结果:治疗16周后两组BMI、FBG及2 h PBG、Hb A1c较治疗前均降低,且利拉鲁肽组FBG、2 h PBG较减肥穴贴组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组2型糖尿病患者治疗16周后BF、BUA、MALB较治疗前显著降低,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组2型糖尿病患者治疗16周后眼底照相、神经肌电图、低血糖例数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:减肥穴贴和利拉鲁肽联合盐酸二甲双胍均可有效降低糖尿病患者BMI及血糖,但利拉鲁肽效果更明显,减肥穴贴方便性优于利拉鲁肽。

Objective： To compare the clinical curative effect of metformin and liraru peptide on type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2 DM）,and that of metformin and acupoint paste for weight loss. Methods： Thirty-four patients with T2 DM treated from August 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the group of acupoint paste for weight loss,and the group of liraru peptide,with 16 and 18 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the group of acupoint paste for weight loss were treated with metformin and acupoint paste for weight loss,while the ones in the group of liraru peptide were treated with metformin and liraru peptide. The two groups were both treated for 16 weeks. Then the two groups＇ changes of the body mass index（ BMI）,abdominal circumference,fasting blood-glucose（ FBG） and postprandial 2-h blood glucose（ 2-h PBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1 c）,blood fat（ BF）,blood uric acid（ BUA） level,microalbuminuria（ MALB） were observed. Results： After 16 weeks＇ treatment,the two groups＇ BMI,FBG and 2-h PBG and Hb A1 c were lower than those before the treatment,and BMI and FBG of the group of liraru peptide were significantly lower than those in the group of acupoint paste for weight loss（ P〈 0. 05,P〈 0. 01）. Their BF,BUA and MALB were significantly lower than those before the treatment,but there was no significant difference between the groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Their fundus photography,electromyography and hypoglycemia were significantly reduced（ P〈 0. 05） compared with before the treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The group of metformin and acupoint paste for weight loss,and the group of metformin and liraru peptide both can effectively reduce BMI and blood glucose in diabetic patients,but Liraru peptide can reduce FBG and BMI more obviously,and the convenience of The group of metformin and acupoint paste for weight loss is better than that of the group of metformin and liraru peptide.
