拔罐法具有负压作用、温热作用、调节作用,拔罐法临床常用的4种方法是留罐法、走罐法、闪罐法、刺络拔罐法。留罐法是临床最常用的方法,应用范围最广,具有通经活络、行气活血、消肿止痛、祛风散寒、拔毒泻热等作用。拔罐法具有简便廉验的特性,其简单的操作易于推广,故此疗法广泛应用于医疗机构、非医疗机构及家庭中。闪罐法多用于虚寒证,或肌肉萎缩,或需重点刺激的穴位,因其不留罐痕,操作灵活,患者感觉舒适,接受度好,是在周围性面瘫治疗中使用频率较高的拔罐疗法。刺络拔罐法适用于病在血络,瘀阻不通的各种病症,不论寒热虚实,临床辨证只要有气血瘀阻征象者,均可用之。但在医疗机构中要想把拔罐法应用好,取得很好疗效,减少不良事件的发生,操作起来并不简单,不但要求有相关的理论知识及动作要领、操作规范,而且还要有娴熟的操作技术及丰富的临床经验。

It is a high-frequency cupping therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Pricking cupping is applicable to all kinds of diseases that are ill in blood circulation and obstructed by blood stasis. But in medical institutions,in order to apply the cupping method well,achieve good curative effect,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,operation is not simple,which not only requires relevant theoretical knowledge and action essentials,operation norms,but also has adept operation technology and rich clinical experiences.
