清胃降逆汤联合中医护理治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病临床研究

Clinical Research into Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Syndrome of Stagnated Heat in Liver and Stomach Treated with Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Lowering the Adverse Flow of Qi in Combination with TCM Nursing

目的:观察清胃降逆汤联合中医护理治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:将94例患者随机分为对照组48例和治疗组50例。对照组在常规护理的基础上给予清胃降逆汤,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加中医护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为94.00%,对照组有效率为70.83%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃灼热、反流及胸痛等积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清胃降逆汤配合中医护理治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病临床效果显著,可有效改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Lowering the Adverse Flow of Qi in combination with TCM nursing on gastroesophageal reflux disease with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach.Methods： Ninety-four patients were randomly divided into the control group with 48 cases and the treatment group with 50 cases.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing according to the standard of the reflux disease with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach,combined with Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Lowering the Adverse Flow of Qi. The ones in the treatment group were additionally given TCM nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacies and improvement of symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate was94% in the treatment group and 70. 83% in the control group. The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the scores of heartburn,regurgitation and chest pain in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Clearing Stomach and Lowering the Adverse Flow of Qi in combination with TCM nursing has a remarkable clinical curative effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach,can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
