芳纶纸蜂窝酚醛树脂与国产芳纶纸的匹配性研究

Study on the Matching of Phenolic Resin and Domestic YT822 Aramid Paper of Aramid Paper Honeycomb

本文探讨了酚醛树脂与国产YT822芳纶纸的匹配性,分析了树脂浓度和浸胶工艺对国产YT822芳纶纸浸润的影响规律。研究结果表明,当树脂胶液比重为0.96~0.97时,浸润性最好,上胶量最多;当浸胶工艺参数平置时间为45~60s、树脂胶液比重为0.96~0.97、流淌时间为65~85s时,蜂窝密度均匀性会有显著的提高。

The matching of phenolic resin and domestic YT822 aramid paper was discussed,the influence law was analysed through the infiltrations of resin concentration and impregnation process on the YT822 aramid paper.The results show when the specific gravity of resin solution is 0. 96 ~ 0. 97,the infiltration was the best.,and the resin amount was the more,when the average placement time of impregnation process was 25 s ~ 60 s,the specific gravity of resin solution was 0. 96 ~ 0. 97,and the flow density was 65 s ~ 100 s,the density of honeycomb was improved obviously.
