摘要
碳纤维使用过程中毛丝量会影响其开纤程度,进而影响碳纤维后续产品性能。因此碳纤维毛丝量测试方法研究是必要的。通过自制工装,将碳纤维以速度为15m/min,用时为2min,通过两片不同夹持间距的聚氨酯海绵,用以研究不同绕丝杆数对碳纤维毛丝量的影响,来优化毛丝量测试方法。经测试、稳定性验证、对比,结合测试实际,确定出了相对可行的测试方法。并对几种厂家的碳纤维毛丝量进行了测试比较。
The fuzz amount of carbon filament will affect the tow separating degree in using process,thereby affecting the performance of carbon fiber downstream products. So study on the amount of carbon fiber filament testing method is necessary. The research of the amounts of fuzz through the self-made fixture,ⅰn speed of 15 m/min in 2 minutes,through two different clamping spacing of polyurethane foam and the different wire rod number were carried out to optimize the measurement methods. After testings,stability verifications and comparisons,combined with testing practice,a relatively feasible test method is determined. And carbon filaments of several manufacturers were tested and compared.
