摘要
玻纤布覆膜滤料一般需预先进行纤维表面化学浸渍处理,处理的目的在于弥补玻纤滤料自身的缺陷,同时进一步提升滤料的综合性能。从处理后纤维表面的含胶量对滤料的断裂强力、覆膜前后的透气率、耐折性能、纤维表面处理剂包覆效果进行研究。结果显示当含胶量由2%提升至8%时,滤料的断裂强力与耐折性能都显著提升且滤料具有较好的透气性与处理剂包覆效果。当含胶量提升至8%以上,上述几种性能都略有下降且纤维表面处理剂已造成局部堆积的现象。
Membrane-laminated glass cloth filter media are generally required to treat fiber surface by chemical finish. The purpose of the treatment is to remedy the defects of glass fiber filter media and further improve the comprehensive performance of filter media. This paper studies the effects of chemical finish content on the breaking strength, air permeability, folding endurance and finish coating effect of the filter media. The results showed that when the finish content increased from 2% to 8%, the breaking strength and folding endurance of the filter media improved significantly and the filter media had good air permeability and finish coating effect of the treatment agent. When the finish content increased to more than 8%, the several properties mentioned above all decreased slightly and the finish had exhibited local accumulation.
