摘要
介绍了大卷装玻纤纱在整经过程中出现集中断头对玻纤布的危害,通过3种大卷装成形纱整经实验,找出了整经集中断头发生的时段和在纱管中的位置的规律,进行了原因分析,并根据其规律,优化了玻纤捻线工艺,从而达到了解决整经集中断头的目的。
This paper describes the harms of concentrated breakage of large package fiberglass yarn during warping to fiberglass cloth. Through the warping experiments of three kinds of large package yarns, the rules of the time and location of concentrated breakage during warping were found and the reasons were analyzed. According to the rules, the fiberglass twisting process was optimized to solve the problem of concentrated breakage during warping.
