摘要 分析了池窑拉丝漏板更换后存在作业恢复时间过长问题的相关原因,发现采用溴化锂作为漏板表面处理剂,能在漏板和玻璃之间形成一种膜结构层,增大了玻璃液在其表面的润湿角,有助于稳定拉丝丝根形态,从而显著改善新换漏板的恢复效率。实践证明,采用溴化锂处理的800孔新装漏板,其作业恢复正常的时间可从1周缩短到2~3 d。 This article analyzes the relative reason of the problem that it takes too long to recover operation after replacing a bushing in direct-melt process. It was found that lithium bromide used for bushing surface treatment could form a membrane structure layer between bushing and glass, which increased the wetting angle of the molten glass on its surface and was beneficial for stabilizing the form of glass meniscus, thus significantly improved the recovering efficiency of newly replaced bushing. Practice has proved that using lithium bromide to treat newly replaced 800 hole bushing can reduce the time to recover bushing operation from one week to 2-3 days.
