扩孔剂对氧化铝载体孔结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过在制备过程中加入扩孔剂,调控氧化铝载体的孔容和平均孔径,考察了扩孔剂种类及添加量对载体孔结构的影响。研究结果表明,扩孔剂的种类与添加量对载体的孔结构有明显的影响,以扩孔剂K1-3为扩孔剂,其添加量为20%(wt)时,氧化铝载体的平均孔径可由7.29 nm提高至8.45 nm。 Through adding different pore-expanding agent in the preparation process, pore volume and average pore size of alumina carrier were controlled. The influence of pore-expanding agent type and dosage on carrier pore structure was studied. The results showed that, the type and adding amount of pore-expanding agent had obvious influence on the pore structure. When agent K1-3 was used as the pore-expanding agent and its adding amount was 20%(wt), average pore size of alumina carrier was increased from 7.29 nm to 8.45 nm.
