摘要 干冰作为一种十分常用的制冷剂,广泛应用于清洗、食品、美容、运输等行业。其主要的特点是在升华时直接变成气体,升华过程中吸收大量热量,从而降低周围温度,达到快速冷冻物体的作用。本文介绍了利用干冰升华吸热的原理来冷冻ATP装置洗涤塔产生的底油,通过对底油管道的局部冷冻,来完成04G-01A嘉利特泵的在线快速拆装工作,为有类似性质的工艺操作提供参考借鉴。 As a very popular refrigerant, dry ice is widely used in cleaning, food, transportation and other industries. Its main characteristic is to directly change into the gas during sublimation, absorb a lot of heat in the process of sublimation to reduce the surrounding temperature, reaching the function of rapid freezing object. In this paper, freezing the bottom oil of ATP scrubber and partially freezing the bottom oil pipeline by the principle of heat absorption during dry ice sublimation in order to achieve the online quick disassembly work of 04 G-01 A Ebara Great Pump were introduced, which could provide some reference for similar work.
