摘要 鼓风机作为城镇污水处理厂生物处理段非常重要的供氧机器设备,其主要作用是为生物池提供氧气,保证生物池中好氧微生物正常的生存、繁育,从而维护整个污水处理系统的稳定。结合郑州市某大型城镇污水处理厂高速离心鼓风机多年的运行经验,分析了高速离心鼓风机常见的运行故障,并提出了解决方案,为污水处理厂鼓风类设备的运行管理提供一定的借鉴。 The blower serves as a very important oxygen supply equipment for the biological treatment section of the urban sewage treatment plant. Its main function is to provide oxygen for the biological pool and ensure the normal survival and breeding of aerobic microorganisms in the biological pool, so as to maintain the stability of the entire sewage treatment system. In this paper, combined with years of experience in the operation of high-speed centrifugal blower in a large-scale urban sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou city, the common operation failures of high-speed centrifugal blower were analyzed, and solutions were put forward, which could provide a certain reference for the operation and management of centrifugal blowers in other sewage treatment plants.
