Research on Automatic Feeding System for Chemical Production

传统的化工生产用自动加料系统既不能有效适应化工工业发展,也不能满足化工生产对安全的要求,基于此本文提出了一种化工生产用自动加料系统,它一方面解决了现场作业人员多,管理粗放,安全隐患高,屡屡发生安全生产事故,造成人员损伤的问题;另一方面解决了现场人员操作控制随意性大,控制精度差,极大影响产品品质,造成产品生产成本高的问题,同时又极大减少现场操作人员,符合现代化工生产安全要求,系统安全性高,实现化工自动化加料功能。

The traditional automatic feeding system for chemical production cannot effectively adapt to the development of chemical industry, and it cannot meet the safety requirements of chemical production. Based on this, a kind of automatic feeding system for chemical production was developed. On the one hand, the system can reduce the number of operators, and eliminate the hidden danger of safety; on the other hand, the system can improve the control accuracy, and reduce the production costs.
