摘要
介绍了三维软件PDMS(Plant Design Management system工厂设计管理系统)在国内石化设计行业中应用。通过目前主流的几种三维设计软件的比较,得到了PDMS在国内应用最广泛的结论。随后详细阐述了三维建模时管道专业的工作范围以及30%、60%、90%模型审查的目的、范围和主要内容。通过对国内外协同设计的对比,取长补短,探讨了三维协同设计在石化设计工作中引起的设计变革以及这种变革对工程的重要影响,得出了一系列PDMS在管道设计中更优化更合理的工作流程。
The application of 3 D software PDMS(Plant Design Management system) in the domestic petrochemical design industry was introduced. Through the comparison of several mainstream 3 D design software, it's pointed out that PDMS is the most widely used software in China. Then the working scope of the pipeline discipline in 3 D modeling and the purpose, scope and main content of the 30%, 60% and 90% modeling reviews were elaborated. Through the comparison of domestic and international collaborative designs and learning from other design's strength, the design transformation caused by 3 D collaborative design in petrochemical design work was explored as well as the important impact of this transformation on engineering, and a series of more optimized reasonable PDMS working processes in the pipeline design were finally obtained.
