摘要
天然气压缩机被广泛的应用到各个行业,天然气开采及管输过程压缩机具有更为重要的意义,是提供压力补充,实现天然气输送的重要设备。对压缩机热力学及能耗的分析,一直是近年来研究的重点。如何进一步降低能量的耗散,提高压缩机的功率,成为了目前研究的热点。通过分析了往复式压缩机的相关性能特点,从热力学基础出发分析了压缩机效率的计算方法,建立了相关的计算公式。优化了压缩机缸体内部节流片安装倾角,并分析了压缩机常见的故障原因。
Natural gas compressor is widely used in various industries. The compressor of natural gas extraction and pipeline transportation process has important significance. It is an important equipment to supply pressure supplement and realize natural gas transportation. The analysis of compressor thermodynamics and energy consumption has been the focus of research in recent years. How to further reduce the dissipation of energy and improve the power of compressor has become the focus of current research. Based on the analysis of the performance characteristics of reciprocating compressor, the calculation method of compressor efficiency was discussed from the basis of thermodynamics, and the relative calculation formula was established. The installation angle of the throttle plate inside the compressor block was optimized, and the common failure causes of the compressor were analyzed.
