摘要
随着保温材料技术的不断升级,纳米陶瓷(即陶瓷纳米纤维棉)作为一种新型的保温隔热材料,具有低的热阻率、低的折射率、很好的憎水率等。本文主要通过表面热损法和焓降法,验证纳米陶瓷保温材料在我公司中压蒸汽管线上的应用效果,达到了较好节能降耗的目的。
With the continuous upgrading of thermal insulation technology, nano-ceramic(ceramic nanofiber cotton), as a new type of thermal insulation material, has low thermal resistance rate, low refractive index, good hydrophobic rate and so on. Through the surface heat loss method and the enthalpy drop method, the application effect of nano-ceramic thermal insulation material in the medium pressure steam pipeline of our company was verified, and the purpose of better energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
