刀具前角对SiC_p/Al复合材料切屑形成及切削力的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用整体性能定义SiC_p/Al复合材料,建立二维切削有限元仿真模型,应用ABAQUS有限元软件研究刀具前角对切屑的形成及其形貌、切削力变化等的影响。研究结果表明:刀具前角越大,形成的切屑尺寸越大;在切削深度较小时,负前角刀具形成的切屑多为小的碎片切屑,正前角刀具形成的切屑为较小的卷曲屑。在切削深度较大时,切屑更易发生断裂,即使前角较大,产生的切屑也主要呈短片状。切削力随刀具前角的增大而降低,切削高体份SiC_p/Al复合材料时切削力均具有周期性变化,其变化周期与切屑的形成过程具有较好的一致性。 In this article,the method is adopted in which SiCp/Al composites is defined by the the whole performance. To analysis the impact of tool's rake angle on cutting force and cutting chips,a twodimensional cutting simulation of SiCp/Al composites model was built by using the finite analysis software ABAQUS. The result of the research shows that the size of cutting chips enlarge with the tool's rake angle; In the condition that the cutting depth is relatively light,the chips cutted by tools with negative rake angle is almost clastic,on the other hand,the formation of chips machined by tools with positive rake angle is curly. When cutting depth is relatively deep,chips tend to be broken with the rake angle enlarging,chips become short flake. Cutting force declined with the enlargement of rake angle. The cutting force have a property that the cutting force changes periodically when SiCp/Al is machined,this changing period have a good consistency with formation of cutting chips.
