摘要
采用四因素四水平正交试验法对钛合金工件进行铣削试验,通过分析稳定切削图谱,并对铣削力进行极差分析,建立钛合金工件切削经验公式;同时分析加工参数对铣削力的影响,给出以铣削力最小为优化目标的各工艺参数,为后续的钛合金工件切削加工的理论和试验研究提供基础。
Milling experiments of titanium alloy workpiece with four factors and four levels orthogonal experiment method,through the analysis of the cutting stability,and the milling force through the range analysis,establishment of titanium alloy workpiece cutting formula; and analysis of influence of machining parameters on milling force,the process parameters to minimize the milling force as the optimization objective,and provide the basis for theoretical and Experimental Research on titanium alloy workpiece machining in the future.
