摘要 为实现变体飞行器翼面形状的监测,提出用于变形机翼监测的光纤光栅传感及重构方法。理论推导得出光纤光栅中心波长漂移与曲面变形角度的关系。构建变形机翼翼面监测实验系统,研究基于被测点曲率的曲面重建算法,对不同变形角度的翼面进行形状重构,得到不同角度的机翼面型。试验结果表明:光纤光栅传感器中心波长漂移量与机翼变形角度线性度在0.999以上,因此基于光纤光栅传感的曲面重构方法适用于变形机翼的翼面形状监测,且此方法在变体飞行器的监测中具有应用前景。 In order to realize the monitoring of airfoil shape of morphing aircraft. The method of FBG( Fiber Bragg Grating) sensing and reconstruction is proposed. The relationship between the wavelength shift and the surface deformation angle is analyzed theoretically. An experimental system for morphing wing monitoring is constructed. The surface reconstruction algorithm based on curvature information is used to reconstruct the shape of airfoil in different angles,so wing profiles of different angles are analyzed. Experimental results show that: the linearity of FBG center wavelength shift and wing deformation angle is above 0. 999. The method of surface reconstruction based on FBG sensing is applicable to the shape monitoring of airfoil shape of deformation wings and it has application prospects in monitoring of morphing aircraft.
