Logics teaching provided by police colleges must set an explicit goal to provide intellectual support and thinking tools for the investigation of criminal cases. The logics teachers and researchers in police colleges should be guided by the purpose of the cases, the methods of fact reasoning should become the main content of logics teaching and the practical criminal cases should be taken as the guidance of the logics teaching.
