新时代背景下应加强微量物证在侦查破案中的利用

Improving the Utilization of Trace Evidence in Investigating and Solving Cases in the New Era

随着社会的发展,微量物证在侦查破案中显得尤为重要,但现行公安机关侦查部门对微量物证的利用不太乐观。其原因是微量物证意识差、认识不足、重视不够、经济投入少、专业技术欠缺、分析检验难度大等因素导致。为提高微量物证的利用率,应高度重视,充分认识,提高微量物证利用意识,加大资金投入,加强技术应用和培训,从而确保高破案率,更好地控制发案率。

With the development of the society, trace evidence is getting particularly important in investigating and solving cases. However, the investigators in public security organs are not making good use of the trace evidence due to the poor consciousness of trace evidence, the lack of awareness, insufficient attention and funds, the lack of professional skills, the difficulties in analysis and inspection, and other factors. In order to improve the utilization of trace evidence, we should pay much attention to the problem by improving the awareness of utilizing trace evidence, investing more funds, strengthening technical application and training, so as to ensure high detection rate and better control of the rate of exposed cases.
