With the progress of big data-driven information technology, the rapid development of social economy and the fast changes of the cities, the concept of smart city have found the way into our minds, laying a solid foundation for the meticulous public service, the modern social governance and the efficient security safeguards. In the face of unprecedented opportunities, the public security organs should base on the reality, take the advantage of constructing the social security prevention and control system, make efforts to strengthen technical guidance, perfect the top-level design, deepen the social participation, and improve the mechanism of big data investigation for providing high-quality public service products for the masses, perfecting the smart policing construction of the public security organs, and promoting the establishment of public security organs＇ informationized and three-dimensional public security control system.
