中小学校园警务制度建设的思考

Some Thoughts about the Construction of Campus Policing System in Primary and Secondary School

当前中小学校园安全问题类型复杂,侵害因素来源广泛,而且校内安保力量差,警务参与程度不高,这些现实因素都表明建立校园警务制度迫在眉睫。应结合英法美等国家的校园警务经验,设立校园警务专门机构和配备警务人员,创新管理体制与加强社会合作,建设具有我国特色的中小学校园警务制度,以保障学生们拥有安全健康的学习环境和生活环境。

Currently, the security problems on the campus of primary and secondary schools are complex, the source of bullying and violence incidents are extensive, the security force of school remains weak and the police＇s intervention is insufficient. All these factors call for an urgent need to establish a campus policing system. It is of great significance to draw lessons from the campus policing experience of the western countries such as Britain, France and America, set up campus policing agencies equipped with specialized police officers, innovate management system and strengthen the cooperation of the society, and establish a campus policing system with China＇s characteristics in primary and secondary school for safeguarding the students＇ safe studying and living environment.
