Economic Zone Industrial Selection and Spatial Optimization in the New Normal——Take Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone as an Example

经济园区作为地方经济发展的引擎,城市经济的增长极,在经济发展新常态下,如何对接＂一带一路＂和＂长江经济带＂等国家战略;如何选择园区产业;如何优化空间布局;如何产城融合发展。本文结合娄底经济技术开发区的规划实践,探索提出园区产业选择和空间布局的理念,为中部地区的产业园区的规划建设提供参考。

As an engine of local economic development, the economic park is a growth pole of the urban economy. Under the new normal of economic development, how to connect with national strategies such as the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ and ＂Yangtze River Economic Belt＂; how to select industrial parks; how to optimize the spatial distribution; How to integrate production and development in cities. This article combines the planning practice of Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone, explores and puts forward the concept of park industrial selection and spatial distribution, and provides reference for the planning and construction of industrial parks in the central region.
