摘要
随着城市的不断扩张,"城中村"数量也逐年增加,已经成为制约城市发展的重要因素之一,亟需解决。本文从地理设计的视角来看待"城中村"的优化改造问题,强调真实的、实时的地理环境信息对于"城中村"设计改造的重要意义。以厦门市兑山村南部地段为例,基于无人机摄影测量所得到的真实的地理信息数据来对其内部物质空间进行深入地分析解读,最终提出有针对性的"城中村"优化改造策略。
With the expansion of the city, the number of "urban villages" has also increased year by year. It has become one of the important factors constraining the development of the city and needs to be solved. In this paper, the optimization and reconstruction of "urban villages" from the perspective of geographic design has been researched. It shows the importance of real, real-time geographical and environmental information for the design and reconstruction of "urban villages". Taking the southern part of Duishan Village in Xiamen City as an example, we conducted an in-depth analysis of its internal physical space base on the real geographic information data obtained from UAV photogrammetry and then put forward a targeted optimization strategy for urban villages.
