介绍高校入驻下城中村的形成原因、特点、问题,并以福建省厦门市集美区兑山村为例,介绍其历史沿革与发展,并通过华侨大学入驻前后的历史影像,分析其空间的变化情况以及与其所处高校之间的关系,并对兑山村的空间更新提出建议。
Introduce the reasons, characteristics and problems of the villages in the city settled in colleges. Take the example of the Duishan Village, Jimei District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province as an example to introduce its historical evolution and development. Analyze the changes in space through historical images before and after Huaqiao University occupancy, the situation and the relationship with the colleges in which it is located, and provide the suggestions for the space update of the village.
