本研究以城市绿色发展理念为背景,以全面推广和发展新能源汽车产业为主要途径,实现低碳节能和城市空气污染的治理,提升城市人居环境,从而达到建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的目标,以此来研究新能源汽车充电设施规划布局,通过研究对新能源汽车充电设施规划与建设进行科学合理的指导。

This study takes the concept of urban green development as the background, and takes the overall promotion and development of new energy automotive industry as the main approach, achieving low-carbon energy conservation and urban air pollution control, and improving the urban human settlement environment, so as to achieve the goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly type. The goal of society is to study the planning and layout of charging facilities for new energy vehicles, and to conduct scientific and reasonable guidance on the planning and construction of charging facilities for new energy vehicles.
