急性缺血性卒中患者的新发脑微出血

New cerebral microbleeds in patients with acute ischemic stroke

摘要 随着神经影像学诊断技术的进步,脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)的检出率越来越高,其危害也日益受到关注.既往认为,CMBs是一种慢性静止性改变.不过,近年来的研究显示,急性缺血性卒中患者可见新发CMBs,而基线CMBs是其重要的危险因素.文章对急性缺血性卒中患者新发CMBs进行了综述. With the advancement of neuroimaging diagnostic technology, the prevalence of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) is increasing higher, and its harm is getting more attention. It was thought that CMBs were a chronic and static change. However, recent studies have shown that new CMBs can be observed in patients with acute ischemic stroke, while baseline CMBs are its important risk factor. This article reviews new CMBs in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
