Role and mechanism of heme oxygenase-1 in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury

摘要 血红素加氧酶(heme oxygenase,HO)-1是最具生物活性的HO类型,在缺血再灌注损伤时通过发挥抗氧化、抗炎和细胞保护作用减轻组织损伤,被认为是治疗缺血再灌注损伤的新方向.文章对HO-1在缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及其可能机制进行了综述. Heme oxygenase (HO) -1 is the most bioactive HO type. It reduces tissue damage by exerting antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cytoprotective effects during ischemia-reperfusion injury. It is considered to be a new direction for the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article reviews the role of HO-1 in ischemia-reperfusion injury and its possible mechanisms.
