摘要
《诸病源候论》导引法具有鲜明的实用性和操作性特征。据此,在尊重文字原本含义,突出导引法的操作性和实用性基础上,结合导引习练过程中的体会,分析并阐明"拓"的操作要领,为研究《诸病源候论》导引法提供一种新的研究思路。
In Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,Daoyin has features of obvious practicability and operability. According to this,by regarding original meanings of text,the paper combines feedback of practice process in Daoyin to analyse the manual elements of ＂ Tuo＂,providing a new research method for studying Daoyin in the book.
