Same Structure and Different Meanings: Comparison of School Social Work and Ideological Education in Chinese Colleges and Universities

摘要 学校社会工作和思政教育工作在当前中国高校环境下,具有一致性和差异化的双重关系。一致性主要体现在相同的学校场域的制度化和福利性,差异化主要体现在基本理念、运作模式、工作视角和工作团队四个方面。二者的"同构异涵"的关系,不仅是当前高校环境中学校社会工作和思政教育工作的共存现状,也是在加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作的大背景下,学校社会工作本土化的依据和起点。 School social work and ideological education have a dual relationship of consistency and differentiation in modem China. Consistency is mainly reflected in the institutionalization and welfare of the same college and university campus. Differences are mainly reflected in four aspects: basic philosophy, operation mode, work perspective and work team. The relationship between the same structure and the different meanings of the two is not only the current coexistence of social work and ideological education in colleges and universities, but also the base and starting point under the background of strengthening and improving ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
